Good value for money

The apartment looked exactly as described. The building itself is old but well maintained. Swimming pools worked. Several stores and restaurants around.

There were open air parties organised two out of the three nights we stayed. One night it went until 11:30pm, and the other night we were listening to some loud singing until 2:00am. Maybe it was just our bad luck.

All in all the stay was a fabulous one.!

It was clean ,n the staff was nice ️

The water being turn off 9pm u until 5am two nights, and the Tv didn’t work.

What was the highlight of Royal St. Kitts Hotel

Excellent. Nice and peaceful place.

We have been there five times to visit our daughter studying in UMHS. She also lives there. The rooms are very comfortable and we usually take the two bedroom suite so our daughter can stay with us during our one week stay. The Front Desk staff is very friendly and professional. I am sorry I don’t remember her name but the Front Desk girl with the short brown redish hair has always excelled in her friendly and professional ways. There are two Housekeeping ladies who also have been excellent. One is a lady who almost always wears pants and the other is Sharon, she’s so sweet.

We always had such a nice stay I cannot think of anything.

Great location, Friendly staff, would stay again

Location was great (walkable to both bodies of water, as well as to restaurants and the supermarket); front desk staff was very helpful and informative; the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable; loved that we had two balcony/outside seating areas that we could access from the sitting room and the bedroom.

The water went out for several hours one day, which was not great. I know they can't control that, but it was a bit of an inconvenience. To their credit, we did receive an email when they discovered the outage, but there was no follow-up when it had been restored (which was some time in the wee hours of the morning, likely the reason they didn't send a follow-up)...

Breakfast was pretty good. The Mahi Mahi was freeze dried and cooked which made it dry and rubbery.

The water kept shutting off which made my stay extremely inconvenient. I was unable to use the bathroom when I needed to, unable to take a shower, wash my hands, etc... I really like everything else about the hotel. It was clean, the hotel crew was hospitable ,the drinks and Friday night entertainment was excellent .

This hotel is well located in Frigate Bay Area of St. Kitts and walking distance to the super market, Restaurants and Casino of Marriot Hotel just across the street. Royal Golf Course is the adjacent property. Hotel has a restaurant and bar on the property. Only thing missing is the beach front, but not too bad as one can walk a few minutes walk across the street snd use Marriot hotels beach. Over a nice hotel.

Friendly staff. Security staff were also always present. Staff were always helpful arranging taxis and offering advice when needed

Wonderful

My stay with my 5yr old nephew was sublime. When someone goes on a vacation and chooses a hotel, they often rely heavily on reviews. Initially, I was scared because some of the reviews indicates serious water issues. Happily, during my stay, water only went once for a few hours due to a storm hitting the island. Thanks to Blondell and Zoe at front desk who never made me feel as though I was a bother and their hospitality and customer service were superb at all times. Also Ms. Polita who maintained our room daily. She was the best, especially with my nephew and always made us feel extra special. Having all the amenities including a grocery and many restaurants a short walking distance away made things so convenient for our trip. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future. Please keep up the high standard!

Not all staff were pleasant and there was sometimes issues when ordering from the restaurant however, overall, the stay was excellent.
